The difficulty of accessing a comprehensive retrospective knowledge of the occupational and environmental exposure of a patient invites the clinician to equip himself with various tools that can reinforce the anamnesis. It is thus relevant to resort to a directed interrogation of the patient and to a mineralogical analysis of the samples.
