About us

MINAPATH is the acronym for MIneralo-NAno-PATHology. Its core business is research on the measurement of exposures to mineral particles (silica, silicate, metals ...) by the mineralogical analysis of biological samples from sick patients. These exposures can be done by air, digestive, mucocutaneous contact or implantation of prosthesis ... It can be inflammatory, fibrosing, degenerative or cancerous disease. Its main tools are the exposure questionnaire and the mineralogical analysis by optical and electronic microscopy.
